ConnectAbility is an initiative of the Warm Springs Foundation, continuing the long legacy of Warm Springs.

Warm Springs Foundation is built on a legacy of excellence in caring for people with disabilities. It started with those with polio in the 1940’s. Since 2008 when the Warm Springs Hospital System was sold, the foundation has made grants for charity rehabilitation care, research, education and in support of nonprofits that serve children and adults with disabilities.

The AACN is an alliance of community organizations in and around San Antonio, Texas and surrounding counties working together to provide seamless service. ConnectAbility is a proud member.
